Tracking Your Order
To track your order go to our ORDER TRACKING page.
Don't know your order number? CLICK HERE
The e-mail is not working OR you may have ordered with a different e-mail but don't know which? CLICK HERE
Misprint, Damaged or Wrong Order
If your order was not printed correctly, damaged in transit or during production, or you received the wrong order please CLICK HERE and click on 'Issue With Delivered Order'.
Do not worry, we operate on a 100% Guarantee Policy and will work towards fixing the problem or issue a refund!
Have Not Received Confirmation or Any Other Notifications
We send a notification at each step of the order journey:
1. Confirmation of order.
2. Confirmation of receipt and order number.
3. Notification of order in production.
4. Confirmation of shipping.
5. Notification of shipping and tracking number.
If you did not receive any of these please check your JUNK folder.
In the event you still can't find it, sometimes the autofill function may may have captured another one of your e-mails. Please CLICK HERE and we will help you track it down.
Complaints
If you are not happy for whatever reason please let us know and we will work towards rectifying it - if we can't help we work on a 100% Guarantee Policy and will refund you.
